Em um programa transmitido ao vivo pela internet e apresentado por Mindy Kaling e Carson Daly, na manhã desta quinta-feira, 10, foram revelados os indicados ao Emmy Awards 2014. A 66ª edição do evento, que premia as melhores produções da televisão norte-americana, acontece em 25 de agosto no Nokia Theatre, em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos.
Marca lança linha de vinhos inspirada em Game of Thrones.
Entre os indicados, os destaques são a série Game of Thrones e a minissérie Fargo, que disputam em 19 e 18 categorias, respectivamente. American Horror Story: Coven aparece em seguida, concorrendo em 17 categorias, e o sucesso Breaking Bad empata com Normal Heart, indicados em 16 categorias.

Com 99 nomeações, a HBO é a emissora de maior êxito entre os concorrentes da edição 2014 do evento. O canal de streaming pago Netflix teve 31 indicações, incluindo as de melhor drama e melhor comédia, para House of Cards e Orange is the New Black.
