Música inédita de Chris Cornell é divulgada

Os responsáveis pelo legado de Chris Cornell divulgaram nesta sexta, 21, a inédita “When Bad Does Good” (produzida, gravada e mixada pelo próprio cantor), faixa que estará na coletânea que leva o nome do músico.

Chris Cornell reunirá, em quatro discos, sucessos de toda a carreira do compositor, passando por épocas em que ele foi integrante do Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, Audioslave e também como artista solo. Além disso, o box contará com 11 fixas inéditas.

Uma versão compacta de apenas um CD também será disponibilizada. As duas opções chegam para os fãs em 16 de novembro.

A curadoria ficou por conta de Vicky Cornell, viúva de Chris, que trabalhou com amigos e ex-companheiros de banda do marido. Em uma declaração, ela contou que “desde sua morte repentina, tenho voltado todo meu esforço e minhas energias para levar aos fãs do mundo todo o legado musical que ele deixou. Senti que precisávamos criar uma coleção especial que o representasse por inteiro – o amigo, marido e pai, inovador, poeta e artista. Sua voz conseguiu achar um caminho para o coração e alma de muitas pessoas.”
