Grande e Swiftempatam com mais indicações - 10 cada. “Me!” de Swift e Brendon Urie do Panic! At the Disco foi nomeada para Melhor Colaboração, e o clipe para Melhor Efeito Visual e Melhor Fotografia. Já o vibrante hit LGBT “You Need to Calm Down” recebeu sete indicações: clipe do Ano, Música do Ano, Melhor Clipe Pop, Melhor Clipe com Mensagem Positiva, Melhor Direção, Melhor Edição e Melhor Direção de Arte.
